Payment

Payment can be made automatically on the day of your appointment using stored credit card details, alternatively payment can be made via direct debit within 7 days. Medicare rebates can be quickly processed once payment has been made.

Cancellations

We understand that life can get very busy for families. However, when appointments are missed, other families may miss out on support. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

A cancellation fee may be charged for unattended appointments or late cancellations. Please note, Medicare rebates do not apply to missed appointments.
